Brief Description: Each participant will receive quality instruction from High School and Travel Baseball Coaches. Each coach will emphasize on developing fundamentals, team play, and much more. Each week will consist of variations emphasizing defense, offense, and base running work.
Equipment needed: Glove, Hat, Sneakers, Water Bottle.

Youth Spring Pick-Up Indoor Hockey
Brief Description: 10 minutes of warm up and agility followed by 50 minutes of organized scrimmaging. Coach Dom will lead players through agility warm-ups, ball control, organize teams each session, referee, and rotate play with timed 8 minute games of 5v5 play. No goalies. This session is focused on learning through game like situations.

OUTDOOR YOUTH FLAG FOOTBALL
Brief Description: Players will learn the fundamentals of football. Factory coaches will focus on passing, receiving, pass routes, ball handling, alignment, rules, punting, kicking, long snapping, positions alignments, and rules. Coaches will promote the concepts of teamwork, cooperation, hard work, dedication, and kindness. Fundamental drills will be followed by 5 v 5 ultimate flag football play.

Brief Description: Weekly training sessions will focus on individual skill development in small groups for maximum ball touches. Drills for passing, receiving, ball control, dribbling attack moves and defensive footwork. Equipment needed: full lacrosse gear. Maximum of 15 kids per session.
