Indoor Youth Flag Football

Our Flag Football program in the Spring of 2019 will be indoors at Factory Sports. Indoor Flag consists of 5v5 game play with a quick tempo. Players will have the ability to play multiple games during the course of each one-hour session.

Emphasis is placed on participants having a fun experience, learning more about the game of football, and competing with friends. Games will be 10 minutes in length and multiple games each night will be rotated to ensure maximum playing time.  

The registration deadline for the Indoor Flag Football program is Monday, March 4th.Registration after this point will have a $15 late fee. The session is capped at 15 players to help ensure an enjoyable experience. 

Registration is refundable up until the start of the program (Wednesday March 6th). Registration is non-refundable once the program starts.

Girls Indoor Lacrosse

Brief Description: Weekly training sessions will focus on individual skill development in small groups for maximum ball touches. Drills for passing, receiving, ball control, dribbling, attack moves, and defensive footwork. 

Days: Tuesday’s 

Dates: Winter Session 1 November 27, December 4, 11, 18, January 8, 15 (6 weeks)  

Times: 2nd-5th Grade 5:30pm-6:30pm 

                6th-8th grade 6:30pm-7:30pm 

Location: Factory Sports

Equipment Needed: Mouth Guard, Goggles, Sneakers, Water bottle

Brief Description: Weekly players will participate in warm-up, ball work, small group skill work, play time, and a proper cool down.

Days: Thursday’s 

Dates: March 7, 14, 21, 28, April 4, 11 (Spring 1 Dates)

Times: 2nd-5th Grade 5:30pm-6:30pm & 6th-8th Grade 6:30pm-7:30pm

Equipment: Appropriate Indoor Sneakers, Shin Guards, Soccer Ball, Gym, Attire, Water Bottle

Youth Pick-Up Indoor Hockey

Brief Description: 10 minutes of warm up and agility followed by 50 minutes of organized scrimmaging. Coach Dom will lead players through agility warm-ups, ball control, organize teams each session, referee, and rotate play with timed 8 minute games of 5v5 play. No goalies. This session is focused on learning through game like situations.

Bo Tkach Foundation

Brief Description: 5v5 Flag Football.The first two weeks will be practice and will include fundamentals and scrimmages. After the two weeks players will be placed on set teams for the rest of the season.  We will follow the same format we have used in our previous flag football sessions. 10 minute warmup and team review. Two twenty minute halves. Following the game each team will be given a brief talk on sportsmanship, teamwork, and random acts of kindness.
