Girls Indoor Lacrosse
Brief Description: Weekly training sessions will focus on individual skill development in small groups for maximum ball touches. Drills for passing, receiving, ball control, dribbling, attack moves, and defensive footwork.
Dates: Winter Session 1 November 27, December 4, 11, 18, January 8, 15 (6 weeks)
Winter Session 2 January 22, 29, February 5, 12, 19, 26 (6 weeks)

Brief Description: Each participant will receive quality instruction from High School and Travel Baseball Coaches. Each coach will emphasize on developing fundamentals, team play, and much more. Each week will consist of variations emphasizing defense, offense, and base running work.
Equipment needed: Glove, Hat, Sneakers, Water Bottle.
INDOOR FIELD HOCKEY
Youth Pick-Up Indoor Hockey
Brief Description: 10 minutes of warm up and agility followed by 50 minutes of organized scrimmaging. Coach Dom will lead players through agility warm-ups, ball control, organize teams each session, referee, and rotate play with timed 8 minute games of 5v5 play. No goalies. This session is focused on learning through game like situations.

BO TKACH FLAG FOOTBALL LEAGUE
Brief Description: 5v5 Flag Football.The first two weeks will be practice and will include fundamentals and scrimmages. After the two weeks players will be placed on set teams for the rest of the season. We will follow the same format we have used in our previous flag football sessions. 10 minute warmup and team review. Two twenty minute halves. Following the game each team will be given a brief talk on sportsmanship, teamwork, and random acts of kindness.
