How It Works

Our program divides athletes by age and ability to ensure focused, appropriate instruction. Sessions feature targeted skills training, in-game scenarios, and physical conditioning. Group play and tournaments build camaraderie and ignite competition. Whether for beginners or advanced levels, we nurture growth and excellence step by step—your volleyball journey starts here.

Unlimited monthly volleyball membership. This is ideal for the kid that loves being in the gym and working out because you get a lot for your money. For $200 you get:

Unlimited academy sessions at either Frankford or Lewes (offered Sundays 4:30-6:30 in Lewes & Wednesdays 5:30-7:30 in Frankford)
Unlimited youth strength & conditioning classes each month (offered Monday-Thursday between 5pm-7pm)
Unlimited open gym sessions (offered in Fridays 5-7pm in Lewes, Wednesdays 7:30-8:30p Frankford)

The punch card can be used to book academy sessions at either location and is good for families who want more flexibility with how often they can be in the gym. Puncards are good for 6 weeks.

When you go to purchase a membership or punchcard, you will prompted to create an account which will be used to book academy sessions, strength sessions and open gym times on our app or online. The app is super easy to use and can be found in the app store as “Factory Sports DE”.
