Senior Strength Training

Classes will focus on functional strength and movement. We will train movement patterns and seek to increase mobility, flexibility and balance.


Session Template:

  • Stretching, Movement and Activation
  • Upper Body Push and Pull Exercises
  • Lower Body Hip Hinge and Knee Bend Exercises
  • Core Strengthening and Balance
  • Aerobic Conditioning


All exercises will have a regression and progression to suit the current abilities of athletes. All exercises will be taught, demonstrated and supervised.


Mondays and Wednesdays 11am
