YOUTH VOLLEYBALL ACADEMY
Brief Description: Weekly two hour training sessions. We will focus on skill development in the areas of passing, setting, hitting, and serving by working in small groups for maximum ball touches. Fundamental volleyball skills will be introduced and reinforced in fun drills and game play.
