Boys Lacrosse Summer Camp

Factory Sports is excited to launch our Boy's Lacrosse camp for the Summer Season. Our Boy's Lacrosse camp will take place at Sandhill Fields and is broken into two sessions - students in 2nd to 5th grades and then students in 6th to 8th grades. (Please note the grade levels when registering). 

 

Our camp is perfect blend for those who are learning the game or for those who play often. The Factory Sports Coaching staff will work to evaluate and separate players based on their experience level to ensure fair and fun game play. 

 

Campers can expect to learn the game from both sides of the ball. Some of these skills include:

  • Passing
  • Catching
  • Face-Offs
  • Ground Balls
  • Offensive and Defensive Techniques

 

There will also be daily game play.

 

Campers should bring the following:

  • Sunscreen
  • Towel
  • Mouth-Guard (Not required but recommended)
  • Grass cleats and sneakers (No metal spikes)
  • Healthy Snacks
  • Water Bottle
  • Full Lacrosse equipment
  • Change of clothes on days that rain is in the forecast

 

Factory Sports will be providing on a daily basis:

  • Colored jerseys to wear
  • Fields and Goals

 

Sandhill Fields has restrooms and a water fountain onsite. They also have pavilions for campers to provide a break from the sun or a passing shower.

Registration: $150

Factory Sports Boy's Lacrosse Camp will run from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm. Staff will not be onsite prior to 8:30 am and not after 12:30 pm

WE ARE CURRENTLY FINALIZING THE 2023 CAMP SCHEDULE. THIS WILL BE POSTED AND WE WILL NOTIFY THE GROUP ASAP. THANK YOU

 

Weather Policy

 

Factory Sports takes the safety of our participants very seriously. In the event of inclement weather (lightning and high winds), we will seek shelter indoors. In the event of passing showers or a short down-pour, we will seek shelter under pavilions until it passes.

  • The camp will still take place during light rain events
  • In the event of inclement weather, lightning or heavy wind, we will seek shelter at an indoor facility at Sandhill Fields. We will do so until it passes or it has been determined that we cannot continue
  • In the event that there are weather cancellations, Friday will be given as a “make-up” day. There will not be weather related refunds

 

In the event that a day is canceled due to weather, parents will be notified as soon as possible. If the cancellation occurs during the camp, we will notify all parents and request that their child be picked up. Our staff will remain onsite as required for the duration of the camp.
