FACTORY STRENGTH AND FITNESS PROGRAMS

Our Factory Staff believes and promotes the benefits of regular physical exercise. As a result, our programs are designed to help our members achieve a complete fitness level. We offer a variety of programming from specific parts of the body right down to traditional weight lifting.

Fitness and strength classes. Young athlete training. Personal training. Preventative and Functional movement. Team training.

Rates:

Boot Camp​: $199 (6-week program | 3 days a week)

Monthly:​$75 (unlimited classes for that specific calendar month)

Weekly:​$25 (unlimited classes for that specific week | Monday to Friday)

Drop-in:​$15 (per class | one-time fee per class)

GLADIATOR GLUTES

This 30 minute class will use your own body weight and a variety of exercises to help shape and sculpt your legs and gluteus maximus. Our trainers will put you through a calorie burning session that is sure to help build the best you.

Equipment needed: Workout sneakers and water bottle

ABDOMINAL ASSAULT

One of our personal favorites here at Factory Sports. This class offers a variety of exercises designed to strengthen and sculpt that pesky mid-section. Whether you are working on your beach body for the summer or looking to strengthen your core – this is the class for you. The class runs 30 minutes and focuses on movements that create a fitter you.

Equipment needed: Workout sneakers and water bottle

TOTAL BODY FITNESS

If you are looking to live your best life, it starts here. Our total body fitness trainers will have your heart rate up and the calories burning. Exercises will use you a variety of movements that are geared to strengthen and complete your physical fitness. Our classes utilize your own body weight and resistance bands.

WEIGHTS AND GAINS

This is a popular option for many who simply wish to train with traditional weight lifting. Our staff is here for you. If you would like a program for you – perfect. If you want to come in and train with your program perfect. We can help you as much or as little as you would like.

SENIOR STRENGTH AND FUNCTIONAL MOVEMENT 

This low-impact program is designed to strengthen muscles surrounding your knees, hips, ankles and core; improve balance, coordination and flexibility; and to increase functional movement. You will receive coaching through all movements helping you maintain proper technique to improve overall strength and minimize risk of injury. 

In a recent study it was found that the following two factors, among others, help our senior adults stay healthier longer:

1. Exercise every week
2. Increase of social interaction

Our program offers both!

Equipment needed: Comfortable shoes and water bottle

Restrictions: 55+ years of age

FACTORY FUTURES

The youth is our future. This may be a scary thought to some, but we embrace this fact. Our Factory Futures Program is designed to help develop young athletes in the area of physical fitness. Participants will learn proper and safe techniques in achieving benchmarks in their fitness. We offer two levels to the program that are specific to your needs. Whether your child is a beginner to physical fitness or an athlete looking to reach their maximum potential we are here to help.

FACTORY ROOKIES 4th TO 5th GRADERS

Factory Rookies are introduced to physical fitness and training to create a strong foundation. Participants are generally looking to achieve a better fitness level overall or may be starting their athletic journey through sports.

FACTORY LETTERMAN 6th TO 8th GRADERS

Factory Letterman are attempting to achieve one of two things. One, they are looking to improve their overall fitness level. Two, they are preparing for a journey into high school athletics. For those athletes the goal is to obtain their varsity letter.

FACTORY LEGENDS 9th GRADE AND HIGHER

Our Factory Legends program is geared towards those athletes who are looking to become legendary in their athletic careers. Please keep in mind that everyone’s “legendary” is different. For those participants who are in this age range and do not participate in athletics, this program is for you as well. Your legendary is what you make it!

FACTORY BUILT BOOT CAMP

The Factory Built Boot Camp is the perfect way to jump start your fitness journey. A variety of movements will elevate your heart rate and burn calories as you work with our coaches to achieve a higher physical fitness level.

Our camps are intentionally geared to be small in size (max 8 participants per group) in order for you to receive more effective coaching.

We offer two groups to better fit your schedule: April 29th- June 8th

Group 1 | Starts April 29th, Mondays and Wednesdays at 5:30 pm | Saturdays at 8:00 am  

Group 2 | Starts April 30th, Tuesdays and Thursdays at 5:30 pm | Saturdays at 8:00 am
