DESCRIPTION:
Dynamic multidirectional exercises to create quick and explosive movements and improve overall strength. Take your game to next level in any sport. Great for athletes or those looking to improve their overall physical fitness. Increase quickness, improve balance, enhance coordination, maximize speed, and develop all-around athleticism .

TIMES: Tuesdays & Thursdays 4:30-5:30pm

DATES: June 12, 14, 19, 21, 26, 28, July 3, 5, 10, 12, 17, 19, 24, 26, 31, August 2 (8 weeks)

COST: $160 for all 8 weeks

AGES:  2nd-5th Grade REGISTER HERE

               6th-12th Grade  REGISTER HERE
