Corporate Team Building

Description:  Customers may reserve The Factory for a minimum of 2 hour increments for use in hosting a special Corporate Team Building Event.  The price includes the use of the facility and covers 20 people.

Cost:  $300

Includes: 

• 2 hour rental of entire facility
• Includes upstairs loft set up for seating for 24+
• Use of all sports equipment including volleyballs, soccer balls, and basketballs
• Clean up and set up of facility included
• Use of refrigerator and freezer to store items
• Activities director to organize 1.5 hours of sport related games such as dodgeball, kick ball, volleyball, basketball skills and drills, speed & agility games 
• Option of team building/problem solving activities 

Add-Ons:   

• Each additional hour $90
• Blacklights dodgeball additional $100
• $5 for each additional guest over the limit

Terms:  

A completed signed contract along with $100 deposit must be received in order to reserve the party date and time and is, for that reason, non-refundable.  Full payment is due one week prior to party date unless otherwise confirmed with staff.  

You may arrive 20 minutes prior to the party start to decorate.  All personal items must be cleaned up within 10 minutes of end of party.
